Shipping & Returns

Upon receiving an order, LifeTime I.T. allows up to 72 hours for an item to be packaged and a shipping label to be generated. Delays in this process can be caused by holidays. Once the item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer via email. It is possible for this email to be sent to your spam folder so please check this area before contacting support.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

  • Must request a return for refund within 30 days.

  • Must request a return for replacement within 30 days.

This is our Standard Return Policy. For items covered by this policy, you must request a return within 30 days from the invoice date for this policy to apply.

Desktop PC, Notebooks, or Tablet PCs:

  • A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of LifeTime I.T. While we strive to adhere to our own standard return processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding returning a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC, please contact our customer service department using the “Contact Us” section of the website.

  • Some computer systems may require pre-authorization from the manufacturer’s technical support in order for an RMA to LifeTime I.T. to be authorized.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Most products that are new and unopened can be returned to LifeTime I.T. within 30 days.

Products that are received by LifeTime I.T. in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from LifeTime I.T.

  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).

  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

  • Any product for which you have received a discount and/or a rebate on.

  • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.

  • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.

RESTOCKING FEES

Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. LifeTime I.T. does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products or if you received the wrong product, provided the item is returned within its return policy period. In the event a product is returned that is NOT defective or an incorrect product, the product will either be returned to the customer and/or the return shipping cost initially covered by LifeTime I.T. will instead be deducted from the refund amount, along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply. In the event that the item was found to not be defective, the customer will be responsible for payment of shipping to LifeTime I.T. from the customer and from LifeTime I.T. back to the customer.

Items that are non-defective that are returned open and within the item’s return policy period are subject to an 75% refund upon LifeTime I.T. receiving and testing the item.

Items that are non-defective that are returned unopened, and in the original condition as shipped, and are within the item’s return policy period are subject to an 80% refund upon LifeTime I.T. receiving and testing the item.
